# Steps:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly to remove any residue.
02 - Slice off both ends of each fruit. Stand upright and carefully cut away the peel and white pith, following the fruit’s curve.
03 - Cut each fruit into thin, even rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Remove seeds as necessary.
04 - Place the citrus slices on a large platter or wooden board in overlapping rows or a garland shape, alternating colors and varieties for optimal visual impact.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between some citrus slices to add a vibrant green contrast.
06 - Sprinkle pomegranate arils over the arrangement if using, then drizzle lightly with honey or agave syrup and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
