# What You'll Need:
→ Donuts
01 - 36 mini plain or glazed donuts (store-bought or homemade)
→ Decorations
02 - 2 cups powdered sugar
03 - 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
04 - Food coloring (red, green, blue, gold, silver, as desired)
05 - Sprinkles, edible glitter, or colored sugar
06 - Assorted candies (mini M&Ms, silver dragees)
07 - Mini pretzel sticks or chocolate sticks for ornament hooks
→ Assembly
08 - 1 large foam or cardboard cone (12 to 14 inches tall), food-safe or wrapped in parchment
09 - Toothpicks
# Steps:
01 - In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk gradually until a thick but pourable glaze forms. Divide into small bowls and tint each with desired food coloring.
02 - Dip or drizzle each mini donut with the colored icing. While still wet, garnish with sprinkles, edible glitter, and candies to resemble Christmas ornaments. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
03 - Wrap the foam or cardboard cone with food-safe wrap or parchment paper.
04 - Attach the decorated donuts to the cone starting from the base using toothpicks, overlapping slightly to cover the cone completely and work your way upward.
05 - Insert mini pretzel or chocolate sticks into the top of each donut to simulate ornament caps or hooks.
06 - Optionally dust the assembled tower with additional edible glitter for a sparkling effect. Serve immediately as a festive centerpiece.
