07 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (plus extra sprigs for garnish)
08 - 1 oz pistachios, roughly chopped
09 - Seeds from 1 small pomegranate
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
11 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

# Steps:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and orange zest until smooth and well combined.
02 - Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the work surface. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center and shape it into a cone or triangle resembling a Christmas tree using the plastic wrap.
03 - Move the shaped cheese tree onto a serving platter and smooth its surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
04 - Press chopped cranberries, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds onto the cheese tree, leaving some areas uncovered for visual contrast.
05 - Sprinkle finely chopped rosemary and parsley over the tree for a festive look, then garnish with rosemary sprigs and flaky sea salt.
06 - Place assorted crackers and/or vegetable crudités around the base of the cheese tree.
07 - Chill the assembled tree for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or serve immediately if desired.
