05 - 7 ounces smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
06 - 1 medium red bell pepper, finely diced
07 - 1 small cucumber, julienned
08 - 1 carrot, peeled and grated
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

11 - 12 pretzel sticks (tree trunk)
12 - Fresh parsley sprigs (tree branches)
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (tree ornaments)
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape (tree topper)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the cream cheese, then scatter diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives evenly.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to facilitate slicing.
05 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
06 - Unwrap each roll and slice into six equal pinwheels.
07 - Arrange pinwheels on a large platter forming a wide base tapering to a point, resembling a Christmas tree.
