03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Veggies
07 - ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
10 - 1.8 oz baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
11 - 1.8 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
→ Toppings & Garnish
12 - 16 pretzel sticks
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars
# Steps:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
03 - Distribute spinach, carrots, diced red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese evenly over each tortilla.
04 - Roll up each tortilla tightly. Slice each wrap diagonally into 2-3 equal pieces to create tree-shaped segments.
05 - Insert a pretzel stick into the base of each wrap segment to form a tree trunk.
06 - Use a small star-shaped cutter to create stars from the yellow bell pepper slices, then press one atop each wrap tree.
07 - Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds over the wraps for a snowy effect, if desired.
08 - Set the air fryer to 350°F and allow it to preheat.
09 - Place wraps cut side up in the air fryer basket without overcrowding and air fry for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp and golden.
10 - Let wraps cool slightly before serving as a festive appetizer.
