01 - 7 oz sliced deli turkey breast

02 - 4 tbsp cream cheese or herbed cheese spread
03 - 8 thin cucumber sticks
04 - 8 thin red bell pepper strips

05 - Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
# Steps:
01 - Lay the turkey slices flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each turkey slice if using.
03 - Place two cucumber sticks and two red bell pepper strips at one end of each slice.
04 - Roll each turkey slice tightly around the filling to enclose the vegetables.
05 - Arrange the rolled slices on a plate or platter and garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
